Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All deposits at fee999 must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from accounts belonging to others will not be accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum Deposit: Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) – ৳500; Bank Transfer – ৳1,000.
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Mobile banking: 5–15 minutes; bank transfer: 1–3 business days.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. In exceptional cases, an alternative method may be approved at fee999's discretion.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus and promotion at fee999 comes with its own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting a welcome bonus or any other offer.

• Welcome Bonus: up to 200% on your first deposit, capped at ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 30x (bonus + deposit).
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per method.
• If you request a withdrawal after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Fee999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Individual offers may have separate expiry periods as specified.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on fee999:

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• The maximum bet allowed on a specific match may vary depending on the event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless fee999 acknowledges an error on its part.
• Pre-match betting closes once the match has kicked off.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. All bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.

If erroneous odds are displayed on any bet (such as clearly incorrect odds), fee999 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fee999. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering under multiple identities to claim bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources into fee999.
• Harassing other members or using offensive language in chat.

Fee999's anti-fraud system is active at all times. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending completion of an investigation.

Account Closure & Fund Withdrawal

You may request account closure through fee999 support at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. If you need to withdraw funds after closure, contact support directly.

Fee999 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of rule violations. If an account is closed without any breach of rules, any valid balance will be returned.
